Without good documentation hundreds of manhours are wasted in employees and contractors trying to figure out how to install or replace components, how to troubleshoot failures, and how to perform certain network functions. If you are going to deploy a system at a new location, GNS offers the site survey service where we visit the facilities to capture every important detail for your deployment team. Our sites survey reports document anything they will need to know from the kind of flooring in the equipment room to the type of cable trays used, the door height for bringing in the equipment and even the restaurants and hotels near the facility.
Another area of our expertise is writing test procedures for lab and field testing. Each test procedure document also provides placeholders to capture the right test data to create a detailed report at the conclusion of the testing.
